Overview

The Department of Film and Television Studies is pleased to offer one 3 year PhD scholarship covering fees (£4,347 in 2019/20) and annual stipend (£15,040 in 2019/20). All applications for admission to the course will be considered for the funding and a separate application form is notrequired.

Deadline for applications is 1 March 2019 and results with be announced in May.

This scholarship is only open to those applying to the Department of Film and Television Studies. Applications will be judged by a departmental panel, according to the following criteria:

Academic record to date
Quality of proposal for study
Quality of academic references
Performance in a face-to-face or phone interview
