Merit-Based Progression Scholarships (University of Huddersfield)
Overview
Students who complete their pathway programme (International Foundation Year, International Year One or Pre-Master's) and achieve the required grades, will be awarded a scholarship upon progression to the University of Huddersfield.
How does a merit-based scholarship work?
The University of Huddersfield's merit-based scholarship is determined by the grades you achieve at the end of your pathway programme at the International Study Centre.
Grade achieved at the ISC |
Scholarship amount |
Pass (40%-58%) |
£2000 |
Pass with Merit (59%-68%) |
£3000 |
Pass with Commendation (69%+) |
£4000 |
The scholarship is awarded each academic year of your course, except for placement years.
You will not need to apply for the scholarship, it will be awarded to all applicants automatically on confirmation of progression grades.
