Bradley de Glehn English Scholarship
Overview
The Bradley de Glehn Scholarship was established by Mrs Ernest de Glehn in memory of her brother, AC Bradley.
Three scholarships are available for full or part-time postgraduate students with Home or International fee status studying for a taught Masters course within the Department of English.
The scholarships are offered as a tuition fee reduction of up to £9,600. (The fee reduction will be to the value of the Home status fee for your chosen course, visit our course finder for more information on fees for individual courses).
Am I eligible?
You must have achieved, or be expected to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
You must hold an offer to study one of the following courses:

MA Creative Writing
-
MA English Literature
-
MA Victorian Literature, Art and Culture

MA Medieval Studies
Application guidelines
You must provide a supporting statement of no more than 400 words (please note that statements that exceed the word count will automatically be rejected), outlining why you should receive the scholarship. You should include:

Academic achievements you are particularly proud of and why these really matter to you

Why you have chosen to do the degree you have applied for
-
What your future aspirations are and how the scholarship will help you to achieve your future goals.
Applications must be submitted through RH Direct by 11.59pm (UK time) 11 July 2022. Applicants will be made aware of the outcome of their application after 26 July 2022.
