Overview

The GREAT Scholarships for justice and law is a new time-limited programme from the Study UK campaign and the Ministry of Justice. In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, Newcastle University is offering scholarships to students from India applying for postgraduate taught programmes in justice and law.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for awards applicants must:

be passport holders of India
be assessed as international for fee purposes
hold an offer for one of the following degree programmes: Law LLM, International Commercial Law LLM and International Law and Global Challenges LLM

The University awards Scholarships on the basis of academic merit and other information provided on the Scholarship application form. To be considered for awards applicants must have or expect to receive the equivalent of an upper second class UK honours degree or above. The applicants chosen to receive the awards will be assessed according to evidence of academic ability, evidence of commitment to studies and quality of application and may be contacted for additional information.
