GREAT Scholarships
Overview
In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, Aston University is offering £10,000 towards tuition fees for one-year postgraduate-level taught courses to one student from each of the following countries who enrol at Aston University in September 2025:

Bangladesh – September 2025 courses

Egypt – September 2025 courses

India – September 2025 courses

Pakistan – September 2025 courses
The GREAT Scholarships 2025 programme, launched by the British Council together with 71 UK universities, supports postgraduate students from Bangladesh, China, Egypt, France, Ghana, Greece, Kenya, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam in accessing world-class UK higher education opportunities.
The scholarship programme offers financial support of a minimum of £10,000 to students pursuing one-year postgraduate study in the UK. Students can apply for courses in a range of subjects, at 71 institutions across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Eligibility criteria

Course: One-year postgraduate-level on-campus taught course (excluding the MBA and OSPAP).

Nationality: Bangladesh, Egypt, India and Pakistan (you must also be a current resident of your country)

Minimum academic qualification: equivalent of a UK 2:1 degree qualification (except Egypt)
