UK University In-house Event at SI-UK Thane on 14th April
We are excited to announce that our upcoming in-house event at the SI-UK Thane office will host representatives from some of the popular universities in the UK. They will be available to answer any questions you may have about their programmes, admission requirements, and campus life.
Universities that will be present at the event are:
- Anglia Ruskin University: ARU, also known as Anglia Ruskin University, has been ranked as one of the top 350 universities worldwide in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings. Additionally, it is recognised as an innovative institution and a 'rising star', expected to compete with the world's leading universities by 2030.
- Brunel University: Situated in the northwest of London, Brunel University is a highly ambitious and forward-thinking institution with significant emphasis on post-graduation employability. Its student body of nearly 13,000 individuals hails from more than 100 nations, and its graduates currently enjoy the 13th-highest starting salaries in the United Kingdom.
- King's College London: Founded in 1829 by King George IV and the Duke of Wellington, King’s College London is considered England’s third oldest university. According to the QS World University Rankings for 2023, it ranks among the top 10 universities in the UK and the world. The institution has produced 14 Nobel Prize laureates among its alumni and faculty. Currently, it has a student body of over 41,000.
- Queen's University Belfast: Located in the Northern Ireland capital of Belfast, Queen's University Belfast is a renowned member of the Russell Group of universities. Its roots trace back to 1845, and it was officially granted university status in 1908. Currently, the university enrols over 24,000 students from over 80 countries, ranking 23rd on the Times Higher Education's list of the 100 most international universities in the world.
- University of Birmingham: For over a century, Birmingham has nurtured and stimulated brilliant intellects since its establishment in 1900. The University is renowned for its pioneering spirit and inventive approach to research, constantly expanding the horizons of human understanding and improving people's lives. As a distinguished member of the Russell Group and Universities 21, the University of Birmingham is a globally renowned educational institution for its exceptional teaching standards.
- Nottingham Trent University: With a current enrollment of 28,000 students, Nottingham Trent University is among the largest universities in the UK. While the university was established in 1843, it attained full status in 1992. Its three campuses, two within Nottingham and one just outside the city, accommodate its students.
- University of Birmingham Dubai Campus: The University of Birmingham Dubai is a satellite campus of the University of Birmingham, located in Dubai International Academic City. The undergraduate courses offered in Dubai span various disciplines, including business management, computer science, and mechanical engineering. Additionally, the university offers postgraduate programmes for further studies.
