Overview

A single competitive scholarship will be awarded in form of a cash award of £2,000. This scholarship is open to applicants who wish to enrol as a student (PhD, MSc by Research, MEng or BEng) at Royal Holloway, University of London for the academic year 2017/18. This award is being offered through the University of London's Convocation Trust. Applications for this scholarship will remain open until 8 September 2017 or until a competitive applicant has been selected for this scholarship, whichever occurs earlier. Once the scholarship has been awarded, applications will close. In order to apply for the scholarship, applicants must: hold an offer of a place for the academic year 2017/18 studies must relate to the field of electrical engineering, programmes which currently qualify under this category are undergraduate degrees in Electronic Engineering and postgraduate research degrees in the Power Systems Group (PhD or MSc by research) anticipate meeting all the conditions associated with their offer in time to enrol at Royal Holloway in 2017/18.
