Overview
Open to students from the Island of Ireland who will be undertaking all or part of their placement abroad or who will be studying at a University or college overseas as approved by the University as part of the requirement placement period
- Open to FdSc Year 1 and BSc/MEng Year 2 students who have lived in NI or ROI for at least 3 years and will be on placement in academic year 2020/21
- The scholarship will fund travel to any country except GB or Ireland
- The placement would normally be for a minimum of 6 months – if you will be on placement overseas for less than this, please contact us and we will enquire if you would be eligible to apply
- The Scholarship is payable against receipted, pre-approved costs (exclusions apply, please see the attached document for more information)
Please note: You must also be a registered member of Harper Adams in Ireland to be eligible to apply
HOW TO APPLY
- Provide a covering letter outlining the details of your planned placement or overseas study
- An up-to date CV
- A completed copy of the signed application form (see 'Downloads' section below)
- Please submit a paper copy of your application to the Development Trust office by 31 July 2020
