1. Award details

The Undergraduate Academic Excellence scholarship is available to Home, EU and Channel Island/Isle of Man fee paying students beginning full-time undergraduate courses at Brunel University London. The scholarship will be paid once for each eligible level of study, subject to meeting progression requirements.

Value: £6,000 cash payment or fee waiver each year for a maximum of three years. The Scholarship will only be paid once for each eligible level of study, subject to normal progression criteria having been met (additional payments will not be made during a repeating year, regardless of the reason for repetition). A separate award is available during the placement year for those students undertaking an unpaid placement.

How many: 30 scholarships are available.

How to apply: Applicants must submit a scholarship application via the 'My Checklist' section in the student portal eVision, by 28th February 2018.

Awards will be provisionally allocated in March to those applicants who submit a completed scholarship application form by the deadline given, who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below, and who are selected by the Scholarship Allocation panel based on predicted grades and a personal statement.

Formal awards will then be confirmed by the Allocation panel in early September, following receipt of examination results, to those provisional award holders who meet the required grades.

"Last year, I reached out to SI-UK, Jaipur for my Master’s journey, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling and successful experience. From guiding me through the application process to assisting with letters of recommendation and statement of purpose, and even following up with universities, SI-UK provided comprehensive support at every step of the journey. They went the extra mile, assisting with admissions, fee processing, accommodation arrangements, visa guidance, and coordination on medical checkups. I firmly believe that my admission to the University of Birmingham wouldn't have been possible without SI-UK. I highly recommend SI-UK to anyone seeking admission to a UK or Ireland university."
