University of South Wales and University of Essex offer British Council India’s 70th Anniversary Scholarship for Sep 2019
University of South Wales and University of Essex feel delighted to inform that they are participating in the British Council India’s 70th Anniversary scholarship programme for September 2019. The universities are offering British Council’s 70th Anniversary scholarship covering full tuition fee for Indian women to study a master’s program in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) in the UK.
The University of South Wales is a major player in UK Higher Education and boasts of 95% of graduate employability attributable to its renowned partnership with major employers. In the year 2018, USW has welcomed two scholars from Kolkata and Bangalore and the university is looking forward to nominate more competent Indian students with excellent academic records to gain this scholarship for Sep 2019 intake.
The University of Essex is top 15 in English mainstream UK Universities for overall student satisfaction and has been awarded ‘The University of the Year’ by the Times Higher Education Award 2018. The university is top 25 for research quality (The Good University Guide 2019).
The aim of this scholarship is to support sustainable development goal to empower women and achieve gender equality to the women who are likely to become leaders in their respective fields and will help promote educational relationship between Britain and India as ambassadors.
